For the Salad

  • De Lettuce B.E.A.R Lettuce & Curly Kales
  • Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Corn kernels
  • Red bell pepper, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime vinaigrette dressing

 

 

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded iceberg lettuce, black beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve chilled.
