- De Lettuce B.E.A.R Lettuce & Curly Kales
- Black beans, rinsed and drained
- Corn kernels
- Red bell pepper, diced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime vinaigrette dressing
- In a large bowl, combine shredded iceberg lettuce, black beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
