For the Salad

  • De Lettuce B.E.A.R Lettuce
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Feta cheese, crumbled

For the Greek Dressing

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  1. Wash and tear mixed lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  3. Drizzle with Greek dressing and toss gently.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Serve chilled.
