Hydroponics Ensure 100% Nutrient Absorption
Hydroponics is the process of growing plants in sand, gravel or liquid, with added nutrients but without soil. Hydroponics repeatedly delivers and recirculates water-soluble nutrients, including Selenium, to the lettuce until they are 100% absorbed.
